Way better shading and i added new states and the lay back sprite made it better Edit: omg the last sprite on the first line looks like a girl Edit: ohh yama heres my sprites

So, where's the credit, buddy? You didn't give anyone credit at all.

Second, you don't have the rights to ask that other people give you credit.

Third, copyright does not work on a basis of credit.

Fourth, make your own sprites. You can do better than this.

Next, using the same effect for both the flare and the blast does not look good. Same for using it for the running effect.

Next, the sheet is very blatantly made for comics, not animation.

Next, that sword needs more angles. It's rather useless with only 45 degree rotations. Try not to design props that way. Make them a part of the sprite itself. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/416986/Pictures/slash.gif This is an animation I made in EasyToon. Proof of concept.
